Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Nuvos is a strength-training and nutrition app (mobile and web) published by Samay Doom. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights.

2. Data we process

Account: email address and password (the password is handled and encrypted by our authentication provider; we never access it in clear text).

Profile: first name, sex, date of birth, height, weight, goal and activity level — used to compute your needs and personalize the app.

Training & nutrition: your programs, sessions, exercises, diets, foods and quantities.

Progress: your body measurements. Your progress photos are NOT processed by us: they stay on your device and are never sent to any server.

Technical data: standard technical logs required to run and secure the service.

3. Purposes

To provide the service (authenticate you, store and display your programs, diets and progress), personalize calculations (calorie needs, macros), and keep your account secure.

4. Hosting and processors

Your data is hosted and processed through Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), with per-user isolation: each account can only access its own data.

If you pay for a subscription, it is processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

Your email address is passed to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to send account messages: address confirmation and password reset. It is used for nothing else.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. No advertising is shown in the app.

6. Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data.

Three of them work straight from your Account page, without asking anyone: edit your information, export all of your data as JSON, and permanently delete your account. For the rest, email contact@nuvos.fit; we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

8. Cookies

On the web we only use cookies strictly necessary for your authentication (session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@nuvos.fit.
